10 Acres nestled among trees, Transcend Equestrian is designed to feel calm, natural, and connected to the land. Every inch of the property serves a purpose — to give horses the space to move, breathe, and grow while providing riders with a peaceful, inspiring environment to train and learn.
Pastures & Paddocks:
Two spacious paddocks, each with a large shared shelter (comfortably houses 2–3 horses). Each paddock opens into a 3-acre pasture with hills, trees, and maintained paths for turnout, conditioning, and relaxed riding. Cross Country jumps being built and added to the trails and pastures.
Arenas & Training Areas:
185’ x 85’ outdoor arena with soft dirt footing — ideal for lessons, flatwork, and jumping. Round pen tucked into a quiet, tree-lined clearing for focused groundwork and connection, and conditioning.
Barn & Amenities:
80' x 30' Inclosed Barn with Electricity.
Functional tack area and feed room. One open stall area with cross ties, plus an indoor emergency/tacking stall and an outdoor tacking area.
Future plans: enclosed stalls, updated tack room with lockers, small lounge, and bathroom.
